DTF Terms

1. Who we are

Sale91 DTF is run by Own Knitted Blank Wears, 3rd floor, F-120, Gurjar Chowk, Khanpur Village, New Delhi 110062. GSTIN 07BBNPG0866M2Z7.

We are the seller. You pay us and you get our GST invoice. Our print partner in Surat prints and ships your order for us.

2. What we sell

• DTF heat-transfer print sheets, printed from your own PNG file.
• Every sheet is 57.9 cm (22.8 in) wide and 2.54 cm to 9.9 m (1 to 390 in) high.
• Price: ₹155 per metre (100 cm of sheet height) + 18% GST. A 38.1 cm (15 in) sheet costs ₹59.06 + GST.
• Courier delivery is charged by parcel weight and pincode. GST is charged on print and delivery.
• The page shows the full total, with delivery and GST, before you pay.
• Bike delivery in Surat, when it is available, is charged extra and paid separately. We tell you the exact amount before dispatch.

3. Your file

• We print your file exactly as you upload it: the same size, not mirrored, not changed.
• Colours in print can look a little different from your screen.
• Problems that come from the file itself are not print defects: low resolution, a blurred or mirrored design, a background or stray pixels left in the file.

4. Your design and the designs we do not print

By paying, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to print it.

We do not print:

• brand logos, cartoon, film or team characters, or other people's art without a licence;
• the Indian national flag;
• the State Emblem;
• government, army or police insignia;
• obscene, hateful or illegal designs.

If a design breaks this rule, we cancel the order and refund you in full. We may also refuse a design we are not sure about, with a full refund.

If you own a design or a brand and think we printed it without your permission, email sales.dushirts@gmail.com with the order number or a picture. We usually reply within minutes, at the latest within 48 hours.

5. Cancelling, refunds and delivery

Every sheet is made to order. You can cancel free until printing starts. Read the Refund & cancellation page and the Shipping page. They are part of these terms.

6. Payment

You pay online through our payment gateway (Razorpay): UPI, cards or net banking. We never see or keep your card or bank details.

7. Our liability

Press each print as our Pressing guide says. Always test a print on a spare garment first.

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we pay is what you paid for that order.

8. Complaints

We usually reply within minutes and solve most issues within a few hours (at the latest: reply within 48 hours, solved within 1 month). Your order number is your complaint reference.

9. Law

These terms follow the law of India. Courts in Delhi decide any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms on this page on the day you pay apply to your order.
