Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address.
• Your GST number and business name, only if you type them.
• For bike delivery: the point you mark on the map.
• Your design files.
• Order and payment details: the amount and the payment id. Never your card or bank details.
• Security records: the time of each step of your order and a shortened, scrambled code of your internet address.

Why

To check, print and deliver your order, to make your GST invoice, to send you order and delivery updates, to handle complaints and refunds, to prevent fraud, and to follow the law (for example GST records).

Messages

Your order page always shows your status. Order and delivery updates may also come to the mobile number you give, on WhatsApp, or by SMS if WhatsApp fails. We do not send advertising without asking you first.

Who sees your data

• Our print partner in Surat gets your print files, and the parcel label with the delivery name and address, so he can pack and send your parcel. He never gets your phone number, your email or your GST details.
• Delhivery, our courier, gets the delivery name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
• For bike delivery in Surat: the rider, or the bike delivery service we book, gets the name, phone number and the point you marked on the map, to deliver the parcel.
• Our payment gateway (Razorpay) handles your payment.
• Our website runs on Railway (servers and database) and Cloudflare (website security and file storage in Cloudflare R2). They may keep data outside India.
• Map search: when you search a place on the bike map, our server sends only the words you type to OpenStreetMap search services (Nominatim and Photon).
• Map pictures: your phone loads the map pictures straight from OpenStreetMap, which sees your internet address and this website's address.
• A pincode lookup service gets only the pincode, to fill in your city and state.
• Government authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

• Print files: deleted 90 days after dispatch (7 days after a cancelled order).
• A small preview picture of your design: 2 years, for complaints and disputes.
• GST invoices and order records, with each order's history and the scrambled code of your internet address: 6 years or more, as GST law requires.
• Database backups: 35 days.
• Server logs (the time of each request and the scrambled code of your internet address): only as long as our hosting provider (Railway) keeps its logs.
• Orders that were never paid: deleted after 2 days (7 days while a payment is pending).

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your data, or to delete what the law does not require us to keep. Write to the grievance officer below with your order number.
