Every sheet is made to order from your own file. Cancel free until printing starts: full refund. Printed orders can't be cancelled. Misprint or damage: we reprint or refund in full.

Cancel before printing: full refund

Tell us before printing starts, with your order number (phone or email below). You get 100% of the money back to the payment method you used, within 5-7 working days.

Your order page shows "Printing" once printing has started.

After printing starts: no cancelling

Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. The sheets are made only for you.

Misprint or damage: reprint or full refund

If the fault is ours, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the sheets and the parcel. We reprint free, or refund in full.

Our faults: smudged or missing ink, wrong size, the wrong file printed, or damage in transit.

Not a print defect

Problems that come from your own file: low resolution, a blurred or mirrored design, a background or stray pixels left in the file. Check your file before you pay: the order form shows notes on each file you add.

Designs we cannot print

If we refuse a design (see the Terms), we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 10 days after dispatch, tell us. We check with the courier. If the parcel is lost, we reprint free or refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 5-7 working days after we confirm them.

We usually reply within minutes and solve most issues within a few hours (at the latest: reply within 48 hours, solved within 1 month). Your order number is your complaint reference.
